Behzad Hosseini, MBA
Toba’s founder and president, Behzad Hosseini has over 25 years of experience in the utility industry. He capped off a 20-year career at Portland General Electric (PGE) directing the office of the Chief Information Officer. Before starting Toba Consulting, Behzad joined IBM as an Associate Partner, consulting C-suite executives on digital strategy and design initiatives.
Dawn Hosseini
As Vice President of Operations and Customer Success, Dawn Hosseini leads Toba Consulting’s operational strategy and client experience, helping ensure every engagement is delivered with responsiveness, accountability, and a clear focus on results. She serves as a trusted partner to clients and consulting teams, strengthening relationships, supporting successful delivery, and helping resolve issues quickly and effectively.
